Technology Initiative in Manufacturing and Engineering (TIME) is a collaborative effort of East Mississippi Community College (EMCC), Itawamba Community College (ICC), Mississippi State University's Center for Science, Mathematics, and Technology, and regional industries. TIME will develop a model that unites education and industry to train qualified technicians for the high-tech fields which are driving the economy.
